On Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Collections Dispute Specialist (M/F) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing rigor in the dispute process with collection agencies ensuring adherence to procedures and resolving disputes in a timely and effective manner. This role requires strong analytical skills and the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders to achieve desired outcomes.
On a typical day you will:
Implement and maintain rigor in the dispute resolution process with collection agencies to ensure adherence to established procedures.
Resolve disputes promptly and efficiently or seek local support from the commercial network when necessary.
Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure disputes are resolved without unnecessary delays.
Organize and lead weekly meetings with stakeholders to provide visibility on the progress of disputes and identify priorities for the month.
Analyze the impact of disputes on provisions to determine priority areas for resolution.
Conduct training sessions to reinforce the dispute resolution process and reskill the team as needed.
What will you need to be succesful:
Proven experience in dispute resolution or a related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
