On Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Collections Dispute Specialist (M/F) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing rigor in the dispute process with collection agencies ensuring adherence to procedures and resolving disputes in a timely and effective manner. This role requires strong analytical skills and the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders to achieve desired outcomes.

On a typical day you will:

  • Implement and maintain rigor in the dispute resolution process with collection agencies to ensure adherence to established procedures.

  • Resolve disputes promptly and efficiently or seek local support from the commercial network when necessary.

  • Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure disputes are resolved without unnecessary delays.

  • Organize and lead weekly meetings with stakeholders to provide visibility on the progress of disputes and identify priorities for the month.

  • Analyze the impact of disputes on provisions to determine priority areas for resolution.

  • Conduct training sessions to reinforce the dispute resolution process and reskill the team as needed.

What will you need to be succesful:

  • Proven experience in dispute resolution or a related field.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

  • Ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
