About This Role:
Were looking for a full-time Job Lead Data Science Engineer to join our Engineering team reporting to the VP Engineering. This role is a hybrid role based out of our Tel Aviv Israel location.
In this role youll play a key role in shaping our data infrastructure by designing building and deploying pipelines that power insights across our Customer Success platform. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment and enjoys working cross-functionally with teams like engineering and product. The ideal candidate brings strong skills in data engineering data processing and cloud technologies.
What Youll Do:
Develop and implement data pipelines for a variety of tasks such as data ingestion transformation and storage.
Conduct research and experimentation to improve the performance of our data processing systems.
Clean and preprocess large datasets.
Work with LLMs to analyze classify and extract insights from text
Communicate results and insights to the rest of the team and stakeholders.
Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in data engineering and cloud technologies.

What Were Looking For:
Must-have skills or experience:
Strong background in data engineering data processing and cloud technologies is preferred but not required.
Strong programming skills in Python its ecosystem frameworks and libraries
Be familiar with and adhere to clean code guidelines prioritizing code quality and testability.
Expert in SQL we rely heavily on SQL and this is a must
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
Nice-to-have skills or experience:
Proven experience in building and deploying data pipelines
Experience with JVM language (Java / Kotlin)
