At MGallery every moment tells a story and as Spa Manager you will become the storyteller of serenity curating wellness experiences that reflect the unique spirit of our hotel and the sophistication of our brand. As the ambassador of the MGallery wellness philosophy here wellness meets storytelling you will lead a passionate team to deliver bespoke luxurious treatments that leave guests feeling rejuvenated cared for and emotionally connected to their surroundings. In this role you will oversee daily operations drive spa revenue and ensure the highest standards of service hygiene and brand consistency all while inspiring your team to embody the elegance and authenticity of MGallery.

What you will be doing:
- Lead and inspire a team of spa professionals to deliver personalized highquality treatments aligned with the MGallery wellness philosophy.
- Curate and oversee unique spa experiences that reflect the story and character of the hotel.
- Maximize revenue through retail sales upselling treatments and effective yield management.
- Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness safety and service in all spa areas
- Stay updated on wellness trends and introduce innovations that elevate the spa experience.
Qualifications :
- Minimum of 23 years of experience in spa wellness or recreation management.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Passion for wellness hospitality and delivering memorable guest experiences.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations and spa equipment maintenance.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
