We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Electrical Engineer to join our dynamic team in Amman Jordan. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in electrical services design and coordination with a strong focus on innovative solutions and project delivery.
- Lead and oversee complex electrical engineering projects from conception to completion
- Develop and review electrical designs ensuring compliance with local and international standards
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate electrical systems with other engineering disciplines
- Produce and review technical documentation including reports specifications drawings and calculations
- Manage design interfaces and integration processes across various project phases
- Implement and maintain quality control measures for all electrical engineering deliverables
- Mentor and support junior engineers fostering a collaborative and innovative team environment
- Conduct technical presentations and lead meetings with clients stakeholders and team members
- Stay updated on industry trends best practices and emerging technologies in electrical engineering
- Contribute to the development of sustainable and energyefficient electrical solutions
- Ensure project deliverables meet budget and schedule requirements
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering
- Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in electrical engineering
- Proven experience in electrical services design and coordination for largescale projects
- Indepth knowledge of local electrical codes and regulations in Saudi Arabia
- Familiarity with international electrical engineering standards (e.g. IEC IEEE)
- Experience with power distribution systems and renewable energy projects
- Proficiency in 3D modeling and BIM software
- Strong skills in producing technical documentation including reports specifications and drawings
- Demonstrated ability to solve complex engineering problems and manage design interfaces
- Excellent understanding of electrical systems from technical design installation and maintenance perspectives
- Proficiency in engineering software tools such as Trimble/Amtech Pro Design Dialux
- Strong project management skills including the ability to deliver work on time and within budget
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to lead meetings effectively
- Experience working in multidisciplinary teams and mentoring junior engineers
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying current with industry advancements
- Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are a plus
