Salesforce Developer â Team Lead Manager

Job Overview
Leads a team of Salesforce developers and technical professionals to deliver scalable high-quality solutions on the Salesforce platform. Responsible for setting technical direction ensuring best practices and aligning development efforts with business goals. Collaborates with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and continuous improvement.

Essential Functions
- Manages a team of professional-level Salesforce developers and technical staff.
- Develops and communicates strategic plans technical roadmaps and priorities to meet team performance and delivery goals.
- Oversees the design development testing and deployment of Salesforce solutions including custom applications integrations and automation.
- Establishes and enforces development standards code quality and DevOps practices within the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Partners with business stakeholders architects and product owners to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Tracks team performance project milestones and delivery timelines using Agile methodologies.
- Provides coaching mentoring and career development support to team members.
- Informs and influences decision-making at the management level through data-driven insights and technical expertise.

Qualifications
- Education: Bachelors Degree in Computer Engineering Computer Science or a related field (required).
- Experience:
- 57 years of experience in software development.
- 5 years of hands-on experience with the platform including Apex Visualforce Lightning Components and Salesforce APIs.
- Proven experience leading Salesforce development teams or managing technical projects on the Salesforce platform.
- Preferred Skills:
- Salesforce certifications (e.g. Platform Developer II Application Architect or System Architect).
- Experience with CI/CD tools version control (e.g. Git) and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce security data modeling and integration patterns.
