Conducts feasibility studies determines manpower and costs estimates and develops engineering criteria. Performs analyses to develop design options or recommendations for structures systems and components. Activities lead to new or improved products processes systems or methods which have significant impact potential.

What You Will Do:
Technical Mastery
- Manage Daily Plant Maintenance Operations ensuring effective troubleshooting repairs and preventive maintenance schedules.
- Spare Parts Inventory Management including identification of required spares finding suppliers ordering stock control and vendor management.
- Management of Preventive Maintenance (PM) Program
- Lead End-to-End Improvement Projects from ideation to implementation commissioning and handover to production teams.
- Identify and Implement Cost-Saving and Cost-Avoidance Initiatives
- Knowledge in DCS/SCADA Systems
- Troubleshooting Expertise: Ability to quickly identify and resolve technical issues to minimize production downtime and find short-term and long-term solutions.
- Ability to Work Under Pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
- Find Engineering Solutions that enhance machine efficiency reliability performance and reduce downtime.
- Compliance with Safety Standards: Ensure that all maintenance activities and project are executed safely

Minimum Qualifications:
- 5 Years of Experience in chemical plant maintenance engineering or a related field.
- Working knowledge across Engineering Disciplines including Electrical Mechanical Instrumentation and Control Systems.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Word Power Point and Outlook)
- Fluency in English (spoken written and reading) with excellent communication skills.
- 2 years in Leadership and Team Development including coaching and mentoring of maintenance staff.
- Analytical thinking being able to take data-driven and informative decisions.
- 1 year Experience in Total Productive Maintenance (TPM)
