Opportunity:
We are seeking a highly skilled Data Management Consultant for a contractual opportunity with a duration of 12 months located in Riyadh Saudi Arabia. This is an exciting chance for a professional with a passion for data governance and management to contribute to our organizations success. You will play a pivotal role in shaping our data governance strategies and ensuring compliance with industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement comprehensive data governance frameworks that align with organizational goals.
Develop and enforce data management policies and processes to ensure data integrity and security.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote data stewardship and best practices.
Conduct assessments of current data management practices and recommend improvements.
Stay updated on NDMO standards and best international practices to enhance data governance initiatives.
Provide training and support to staff on data governance principles and practices.
Monitor and report on the effectiveness of data governance policies and processes.
Skills and Attributes for Success:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in data governance and management.
Bachelors degree in data science Information Management or a related field.
Certifications in data governance (e.g. CDMP) are preferred.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in data management tools and technologies.
