We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Credit & Collections Coordinator to join our team in Riyadh Saudi this role you will be responsible for managing credit accounts collecting payments and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.

  • Evaluate credit applications and make recommendations for credit limits
  • Monitor customer accounts and identify potential credit risks
  • Develop and implement effective collection strategies to minimize bad debt
  • Negotiate payment plans with customers to resolve overdue accounts
  • Prepare and analyze financial reports related to credit and collections
  • Collaborate with sales and finance teams to optimize credit policies
  • Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer credit files
  • Assist in the resolution of billing disputes and discrepancies
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of credit and collection processes

Qualifications :

  • Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in credit and collections or a similar financial role.
  • Proficiency in Excel Word or data base software.
  • May serve as a resource to others in the resolution of complex problems and issues.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite especially Excel.
  • Knowledge of credit and collections processes.
  • Understanding of financial regulations and compliance standards.
  • Familiarity with Saudi Arabian financial laws and regulations.
  • Time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Professional certifications (SOCPA) certified.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong ethical standards and commitment to confidentiality
