Key Responsibilities
Manage customer bookings ticketing and payments.
Provide professional assistance to walk-in customers and repeat clients.
Handle refunds rescheduling and customer complaints.
Maintain accurate records of daily transactions.
Support sales campaigns and upselling of travel packages.
Requirements
2 3 years of customer service or counter experience.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Experience in travel booking/ticketing systems is an advantage.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Bilingual (Arabic & English).
