Permit & Licensing: Process renew and track all government permits and licenses (national and local levels).
TAMM Platform Management: Handle daily tasks on the TAMM portal including vehicle title transfers and related follow-ups.
Facilities Management: Oversee maintenance security and vendor coordination at all branches hubs and head office.
Bank Loan Documentation: Prepare and manage loan paperwork for financed vehicle purchases; liaise with banks to ensure timely disbursement and documentation accuracy.
General Administration: Support any other admin tasks tied to Kayishhas operations from records management to office supplies and ad-hoc projects.
Qualifications :
Bachelors degree in Public Administration Business Administration or related field.
2 years experience in government relations licensing or a similar admin role in Saudi Arabia.
Familiarity with the TAMM platform and Saudi vehicle registration processes.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English.
Proactive problem-solver with the ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
