As a Senior Software Business Consultant you will work closely with clients to understand their business needs and deliver tailored solutions that meet their objectives. This role involves designing and implementing solutions providing post-implementation support and training and maintaining clear professional communication. You will act as a key point of contact throughout the client journey ensuring satisfaction and successful adoption. Flexibility to travel to client sites as needed is essential for building strong hands-on relationships.
Requirements
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Information Systems or a related field (or equivalent experience).
5 7 years of experience in consulting implementation or software development.
Strong knowledge of track & trace systems ERP Inventory modules or WMS systems; experience with SDLC and SQL is a plus.
Proficient in English (written and verbal) with strong technical writing and documentation skills.
Familiarity with UML use cases and user stories; proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Experience in the pharmaceutical industry and understanding of supply chain business processes are advantageous.
Excellent problem-solving analytical thinking and time management skills.
Adaptable to fast-paced environments with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
