We are seeking a professional and determined Saudi Shift Manager to join our team in the historic city of AlUla Saudi Arabia. As a Shift Manager you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations ensuring exceptional experiences for our guests and leading our team to maintain the highest standards of service and efficiency.
- Manage and coordinate daily operations of the property ensuring smooth functioning of all departments
- Lead motivate and supervise staff to deliver outstanding customer service and maintain high performance standards
- Handle guest inquiries complaints and special requests promptly and professionally
- Monitor and maintain compliance with health safety and security regulations
- Implement and oversee quality control procedures to ensure consistent service delivery
- Manage inventory budgets and financial aspects of daily operations
- Conduct regular inspections of the property to maintain cleanliness and presentation standards
- Collaborate with other departments to organize and execute events and promotions
- Prepare and analyze reports on operational performance guest feedback and staff productivity
- Stay informed about local events and attractions in AlUla to provide recommendations to guests
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management Business Administration or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in hospitality management or related field including supervisory or management role
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team
- Excellent customer service skills and a guest-centric mindset
- Strong problem-solving abilities and decisive decision-making skills
- Proficiency in operational management and budgeting
- Outstanding communication skills both verbal and written
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights weekends and holidays
- Computer literacy including proficiency in MS Office and property management systems
- Knowledge of Saudi Arabian hospitality industry standards and regulations
- Understanding of local culture and customs in AlUla and Saudi Arabia
- Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are highly desirable
- First Aid and CPR certification (preferred)
- Ability to remain calm and effective in high-pressure situations

Prior experience working with Opera or a related system
Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
