We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Staff Dining - Colleague Outlet - Supervisor to join our team in Baghdad this role you will oversee the daily operations of our staff dining facility ensuring high-quality food service and a positive dining experience for our colleagues.
- Manage and supervise the staff dining team providing leadership training and support
- Oversee food preparation service and presentation to maintain quality standards
- Coordinate staff schedules and assignments to ensure efficient operations
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders to maintain adequate supplies
- Implement and enforce health and safety regulations in the dining area
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate financial records
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally
- Collaborate with other departments to organize special events or catering services
- Continuously improve dining services based on colleague feedback and industry trends
Qualifications :
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team
- Excellent customer service skills and a customer-focused mindset
- Proficiency in inventory management and staff scheduling
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food service operations
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Food safety certification preferred
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus
