Identify and pursue new customers in the foundry construction mining oil & gas and machinery sectors.
Generate leads through market research customer visits exhibitions and networking.
Follow up on inquiries and convert them into sales.
Customer Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their technical and commercial requirements.
Provide pre-sales and after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.
Handle complaints coordinate with technical and production teams for resolutions.
Quotations & Pricing:
Prepare and submit commercial offers and quotations based on input from costing and production departments.
Negotiate pricing terms and delivery schedules within company guidelines.
Track the status of submitted quotes and follow up actively.
Sales Reporting & Coordination:
Maintain sales records customer databases and visit reports.
Update CRM/ERP systems with sales activity forecast and order status.
Provide regular updates on market trends competitor activities and customer feedback.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Metallurgy) Business Administration or a related field.
25 years of B2B industrial sales experience preferably in metal casting manufacturing or heavy industry.
Good knowledge of steel/iron castings machining or industrial components is a plus.
Strong communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM or ERP tools.
Willingness to travel locally and internationally as needed.
