As an Enterprise Greenfield Sales Manager you will have the exciting opportunity to help drive growth and shape the future of our Cross Industry business. Your responsibilities will include building and managing a highly talented sales team focused on driving revenue adoption and market penetration in the marketplace. The ideal candidate will possess a sales management and technical background that enables them to recruit develop and lead a team of Account Managers while driving business-building activities around sales strategy customer service working alongside partners cross-functional teams and business operations.
Key job responsibilities
Drive revenue and market share in Saudi Enterprise Greenfield segment
Meet or exceed quarterly revenue targets.
Hire Manage and Develop a world class sales Team
Develop and execute against a strategic sales plan.
Lead internal projects involving quantitative analysis industry research and strategic development.
Accelerate customer adoption.
Maintain a robust sales pipeline.
Work with partners to extend reach & drive adoption.
Lead and coach the team in contract negotiations.
Develop long-term strategic relationships with key accounts and C-level executives
Ensure customer satisfaction.
Required experience at infrastructure/services IT companies
Expect moderate travel. Role based in Riyadh Saudi Arabia

-Coach a team of account Managers on deal execution pipeline creation and delivering value to customer in Enterprise Greenfield Segment in Saudi
-Develop and lead the team to execute against a strategic sales plan.
About the team
we are the Enterprise Greenfield team for MENAT we handle top enterprise customer in commercial sector in Saudi that are early in the cloud adoption journey with AWS.
The role will manage a diverse and dynamic team of account managers based in Saudi
-Bachelors degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- 8 years of technology related sales business development or equivalent experience
-4 years of sales management experience
- Experience in management of large complex enterprise accounts or equivalent
-Proven track record of successfully managing and growing strategic enterprise accounts.
-Excellent communication presentation and negotiation skills. Strong business acumen and ability to understand complex customer environments and challenges.
-Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing multiple stakeholders willingness to travel as needed to meet with customers and internal teams.
-Knowledge of cloud computing technologies and AWS services is preferred.
