الوصف الوظيفي
Identify and target potential clients in the construction real estate and facility management sectors.
Conduct site visits and client meetings to understand elevator and escalator needs.
Prepare and deliver technical and commercial proposals based on client requirements.
Negotiate contracts and close sales in line with company pricing strategies and policies.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Collaborate with technical and project teams to ensure proper execution of contracts.
Keep up-to-date with market trends competitor activity and industry developments.
Report sales activities forecasts and achievements to the Sales Manager regularly.
Qualifications :
Bachelors degree in Business Engineering or a related field.
Strong technical understanding of elevator systems is a plus.
Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach.
