We are looking for a Project Manager with 4 5 years of hands-on experience in consulting digital transformation and customer experience delivery. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing CXKSA s client engagements ensuring seamless delivery of initiatives across various industries including government telecom energy and retail.
Lead the planning execution and closure of customer experience projects ensuring delivery within time scope and budget.
Develop detailed project plans schedules and resource allocations using modern PM tools.
Ensure alignment of deliverables with client expectations CX best practices and strategic goals.
Act as the main point of contact for CXKSA clients managing relationships expectations and communication.
Facilitate workshops discovery sessions and regular status updates with stakeholders.
Translate client pain points into actionable project requirements and measurable outcomes.
Collaborate with strategy consultants CX designers and technology partners to deliver integrated CX solutions.
Manage the deployment of CX platforms such as VoC systems CRM enhancements journey orchestration tools and analytics dashboards.
Support the implementation of CX governance models metrics frameworks and training programs.
Monitor project risks and issues develop mitigation plans and ensure timely resolution.
Ensure that project outputs meet CXKSA s quality standards and contribute to client satisfaction and loyalty.
Track KPIs and prepare reports on project performance and impact.

Bachelor s degree in Business Engineering Technology or a related field (Master s preferred).
4 5 years of experience in project management preferably in consulting CX or digital transformation.
Familiarity with CX disciplines including customer journey mapping NPS/CSAT/CES measurement service design and persona development.
Strong analytical organizational and communication skills.
Proficient in project management tools like JIRA Asana Trello or MS Project.
Project Management Certification (PMP PRINCE2 or Agile) is a plus.
Experience working with the government or large enterprises in Saudi Arabia is highly desirable.
Bilingual (Arabic and English) preferred.
