الوصف الوظيفي
- Prepare and analyse financial statements including balance sheets income statements and cash flow statements in compliance with GAAP.
- Manage monthly close processes ensuring timely and accurate reporting of financial results.
- Prepare and coordinate annual budgets and forecasts working closely with department heads to gather necessary data.
- Perform reconciliation of accounts bank statements and inter-company transactions.
- Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes ensuring timely invoice processing and collections.
- Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.
- Assist in the preparation for external audits providing necessary documentation and explanations as needed.
- Mentor and supervise junior accounting staff providing guidance and support in their professional development.
- Stay up-to-date with changes in accounting regulations and best practices
Requirements
- Bachelor s or Master s or MBA(Finance) in Accounting Finance or related field; CPA or CMA preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting or finance roles with a focus on financial reporting and analysis.
- Proficient in accounting software (Tally) and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills & must be a team player.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent in spoken & written English.
- Arabic reading writing & speaking will be an added advantage
