David Kennedy Recruitment is partnering with an outsourcing solutions company who is seeking to recruit a Telesales Specialist Specialist to join their team.
Position: Telesales Specialist
Location: Alexandria Egypt
Employment type: perm contract
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce and promote products or services.
- Deliver excellent customer service while responding to customer inquiries and addressing any concerns.
- Support the sales team with lead generation and by sharing relevant information gained during customer interactions.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer communications and sales activities.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions or products.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and nurture ongoing relationships.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Native or fluent in English (B2-C1 level) with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Experience in sales and/or customer support with a proven ability to engage customers effectively.
- Ability to train or assist colleagues to improve team skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive rapport with customers.
- Capable of working both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Previous experience in a telesales or similar customer-facing role is required.
