Portfolio Manager Sales & Rentals Remote & Flexible Competitive Commission
Dash-Recruits is proud to present a unique opportunity to take charge of a premium portfolio of rental properties spanning Lebanon and international locations.
Were hiring on behalf of a high-profile client and looking for someone whos both strategic and hands-on someone who understands the rental market tracks global trends and thrives on maximizing revenue year-round.
About the Role
Youll be responsible for managing a growing portfolio of 50 rental units from city apartments and vacation homes in Lebanon to short-term gems abroad. Your mission is to keep these properties occupied optimized and profitable through intelligent pricing platform strategy and vendor coordination.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Understanding market trends and seasonal pricing to drive occupancy
- Overseeing listings across platforms like Airbnb and others
- Managing local and international vendors: cleaners handymen stylists and more
- Ensuring aesthetic and operational readiness of all properties
- Tracking performance and reporting revenue insights
- Staying embedded in rental communities to spot trends before they hit the market
