This is a strategic hands-on role thats all about finding amazing people and giving them an unforgettable candidate experience. Youll co-lead hiring across Simply and own full-cycle recruitment helping us scale with purpose and heart.
Youll be a key partner in shaping Simplys employer brand culture and everything else it takes to attract and hire top talent in a creative mission-driven environment.
Wed love to work with someone who
Brings 4 years of hands-on & strategic recruitment experience (bonus points for tech hiring)
Is proactive curious and driven to make great matches between people and opportunities
Thrives in a fast-paced high-growth environment and loves to get things done
Has strong project management skills knows how to structure prioritize and collaborate to meet hiring goals
Is people-oriented with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
