What Youll Do
- Own end-to-end project delivery for web mobile or backend-focused software development projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional tech teams business stakeholders and international clients to define scope manage priorities and ensure timely delivery.
- Run Agile ceremonies (standups sprint planning retros) and maintain project tracking in tools like Jira or Trello.
- Translate complex business needs into clear executable plans.
- Act as the bridge between delivery teams and clients ensuring alignment managing expectations and communicating progress.
- Proactively identify risks remove blockers and keep projects on course.
- Help evolve our delivery processes with new tools workflows and continuous improvement ideas.
What You Bring
- 35 years of experience as a Project Manager in a software development environment.
- Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum Kanban) and the flexibility to adapt to real-world project needs.
- Proficiency with project management tools like Jira Confluence Trello or equivalents.
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills youre confident leading conversations with international stakeholders.
- A practical mindset you know how to manage scope timelines and people under real constraints.
- Basic technical fluency you dont need to write code but you know the difference between a frontend bug and a backend blocker.
- A bias toward action and ownership youre not afraid to lead from the front.
Nice to Have
- Experience working in eCommerce logistics travel tech or SaaS startups.
- Familiarity with Git CI/CD concepts or software QA processes.
- Project management certifications (PMP CSM PSM) are a plus not a must.
- Experience in client-facing roles for European or US-based markets.
- Comfort working across multiple time zones and project streams.
