Were looking for a driven confident Appointment Setter with a strong American accent to join our growing sales team. Youll be the first point of contact for potential clients initiating conversations qualifying prospects and booking meetings for our Account Executives.
This is a high-impact role that blends communication skills with grit. If youre someone who thrives on conversations handles objections like a pro and is hungry to grow in SaaS sales lets talk.
Conduct outbound outreach via phone email and LinkedIn
Engage and qualify leads based on our ideal customer profile
Set high-quality appointments for Account Executives
Follow up with warm leads and no-shows
Track all activity in our CRM (HubSpot Salesforce etc.)
Hit and exceed weekly KPIs (calls bookings show rate)
Strong American accent with excellent spoken English
1 year in sales appointment setting or customer service (preferably in SaaS or tech)
Comfortable making high volumes of outbound calls
Strong objection-handling and persuasion skills
Familiar with CRMs and remote sales tools
Coachable self-motivated and results-oriented
Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment
Experience setting appointments for SaaS real estate tech or high-ticket services
Knowledge of sales workflows funnels or SDR tactics
Familiarity with tools like GoHighLevel ZoomInfo or Salesloft
