You will lead end-to-end recruitment processes directly impact our Tech Org growth and act as a strategic partner to the business ensuring we hire exceptional people who advance our mission and culture.

To thrive in this role youll need:

• Bachelors or Masters Degree in Behavioral Sciences

• 5 years of in-house recruitment experience for technical positions within a global company

• Proven track record managing full-cycle recruitment processes independently

• Strong sourcing skills with creative talent engagement approaches

• Fluent English and excellent communication skills

Bonus points if you have:

• Experience working in hyper-growth tech environments

• Familiarity with progressing recruitment tools and data-driven hiring

• Managing end-to-end recruitment processes for Tech roles from brief to offer acceptance

• Acting as a trusted business partner to hiring managers providing strategic advice to build high-performing teams

• Driving proactive sourcing strategies to build a strong and diverse pipeline of candidates

• Conducting in-depth interviews to assess technical skills cultural fit and growth potential

• Delivering an outstanding candidate experience that reflects Taboolas culture and values

• Contributing to employer branding initiatives to strengthen our positioning in the talent market
