How our team works:

Ingram Micro Inc. team bridges the gap between manufacturers and end customers by managing supplier reseller and retailer relationships. They focus on inventory management demand forecasting and timely deliveries. The team provides sales support and training to resellers promoting effective product sales. By staying informed on industry trends and maintaining strong partnerships they ensure efficient distribution and maximize sales performance.

Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Manager to join our growing cyber security team. This role will be responsible for managing and expanding relationships with existing clients identifying new business opportunities and serving as a trusted advisor on security solutions that align with our clients business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in existing accounts
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within assigned accounts
  • Act as a liaison between the client and internal teams (technical support product)
  • Understand client security postures and recommend relevant solutions
  • Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets
  • Prepare and deliver client presentations proposals and contract negotiations
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activity in CRM tools

Qualifications:

  • 2 years of experience in account management or sales preferably in cyber security or IT services
  • Strong knowledge of cyber security concepts services and technologies (e.g. SIEM endpoint security cloud security)
  • Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated ability to manage long sales cycles and complex deals
  • Bachelors degree in Business IT Cybersecurity or a related field
