Youll be supporting leading travel brands through voice and/or email interactions ensuring a smooth world-class customer experience.
Respond to customer inquiries via phone chat or email in German
Handle reservations flight changes cancellations and general support
Accurately log interactions in the system and follow up as needed
Collaborate with your team to meet performance targets
Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times
Fluency in German (C1 Level)
Previous experience in a call center is a must
Graduates only (no undergraduates)
Willingness to work rotational shifts (last shift ends at 8 PM)
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Must be able to work onsite in Maadi
31000 EGP NET/month for candidates without GDS experience
35000 EGP NET/month for candidates with GDS experience
