QuickfirmX is hiring on behalf of IGT Solutions a global leader in travel and customer experience services for German-speaking customer service roles in Cairo.

Youll be supporting leading travel brands through voice and/or email interactions ensuring a smooth world-class customer experience.

You will be the front-line representative handling customer inquiries for international travel accounts. Your role includes managing reservations resolving travel-related issues and ensuring client satisfaction in a professional and timely manner.

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone chat or email in German

  • Handle reservations flight changes cancellations and general support

  • Accurately log interactions in the system and follow up as needed

  • Collaborate with your team to meet performance targets

  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times



Requirements

  • Fluency in German (C1 Level)

  • Previous experience in a call center is a must

  • Graduates only (no undergraduates)

  • Willingness to work rotational shifts (last shift ends at 8 PM)

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills

  • Must be able to work onsite in Maadi

  • 35000 EGP NET/month for candidates with GDS experience

A personalized discussion conducted either online or onsite (based on your preference).
We ll explore your experience your technical knowledge and match you with the most suitable travel account within IGT.
