Job Title

Government Relations Specialist Egypt- HR

Job Description

Job title:
Government Relations Specialist

  • Manage relationship with government authorities such as labor offices social insurance authorities medical insurance provider
  • Manage inspection reports to remove any insurance violations
  • Prepare Forms 16 and Form 2 and submit them to Social Insurance
  • Maintain employees time off records and requests
  • Process employees queries and respond promptly
  • Organize and maintain employee files in a timely manner and ensure they fully meet the requirements (hard copies and on workday system)
  • Assist with HR reporting and data analysis as required
  • Stay updated with employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance with HR practices
  • Initiate and follow-up all correspondence between the company and the insurance office (insurance printers to renew licenses and cards...)
  • Preparing the financial dues monthly matching them with salaries and submitting them to the Financial Department to extract social security checks
  • Preparing and submitting health insurance beneficiary forms



Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in business administration or any related field.
  • Min 3 years of experience in HR personnel function and in dealing directly with Government authorities.
    Excellent command of English in both written and speaking.
  • Good problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment. Must include knowledge of Excel
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Familiarity with Workday will be a Plus
  • Holding valid driving license and ability to drive to office and/ or government authorities on daily basis

The role will report directly to People Partner G&L and North Africa and will collaborate closely with the People Support team in Egypt.

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the companys facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the companys main facilities generally at the customers or suppliers locations.
