What youll do
Were looking for a forward-thinking passionate software engineer who thrives on solving complex problems at scale and building robust fault-tolerant systems. In this role youll design and develop high-quality production-ready code backed by comprehensive test coverage. Youll contribute to both user interfaces and core functionality that empower internal and third-party developers to seamlessly integrate with Docusigns platform. Collaborating closely with Product Management and a cross-site development team youll help shape product direction by translating business needs into innovative scalable solutionsactively participating in design not just execution.
This is an individual contributor position reporting to Director Engineering Appliances
Responsibility:
- Be open minded forward thinking and passionate about great software
- Think about how to solve problems in scale and build fault tolerant systems
- Develop high-quality ship-ready code that is covered by a full test suite
- Design and develop user interfaces and core functionality to allow internal and third-party developers to more easily integrate applications with Docusign
- Work with Product Management and other developers to understand and translate marketing requirements into design requirements and provide estimates for development
- You must want to be involved with the design not just code to a spec
- Work as part of a cross-site development team to drive design implementation testing and release of products
Job Designation
Hybrid: Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work. Access to an office location is required. (Frequency: Minimum 2 days per week; may vary by team but will be weekly in-office expectation)

Preferred job designations are not guaranteed when changing positions within Docusign. Docusign reserves the right to change a positions job designation depending on business needs and as permitted by local law.
What you bring
Basic:
- Bachelors or Masters in Computer Science Electrical Engineering Information Systems Informatics or equivalent from top Israeli Universities
- 3 years of development experience
- Experience working with C# .NET is a must experience with .NET Core is a plus
- Experiences with the entire software development lifecycle including version control (git) build process testing and code release
- Agile and Test-driven development methodologies
- Ability to work in a dynamic fast-moving environment prioritize your work and manage your own time
- A passion to learn new software technologies
Preferred:
- Experience in distributed systems
- Experienced building/consuming RESTful web-services is a plus
- Experience with Web APIs
- Azure cloud experience is a plus
Wage Transparency
Pay for this position is based on a number of factors including geographic location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge skills and experience.
Based on applicable legislation the below details pay ranges in the following locations:
California: $X/hour - $X/hour or $X - $X base salary
Illinois Colorado Massachusetts and Minnesota: $X/hour - $X/hour or $X - $X base salary
Washington Maryland New Jersey and New York (including NYC metro area): $X/hour - $X/hour or $X - $X base salary
Washington DC: $X/hour - $X/hour or $X - $X base salary
Ohio: $X/hour - $X/hour or $X - $X base salary
This role is also eligible for the following:
- Bonus: Sales personnel are eligible for variable incentive pay dependent on their achievement of pre-established sales goals. Non-Sales roles are eligible for a company bonus plan which is calculated as a percentage of eligible wages and dependent on company performance.
- Stock: This role is eligible to receive Restricted Stock Units (RSUs).
