Key Responsibilities:
  • Generate Leads and Opportunities:Identify potential customers and develop new business leads.
  • Communicate with Customers:Interact with clients via phone email and other virtual tools to understand their needs and answer questions.
  • Build Relationships:Develop and maintain strong relationships with both existing and potential customers.
  • Present Solutions:Explain product features benefits and demonstrate how they can meet customer needs.
  • Close Deals:Negotiate and close sales deals to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Maintain Customer Database:Keep customer information accurate and up-to-date in a CRM system.
  • Follow-up:Follow up on leads and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Upselling and Cross-selling:Identify opportunities to increase sales by offering additional products or services.

Required Skills:
  • Communication:Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
  • Sales:Understanding of the sales process from lead generation to closing.
  • Persuasion:Ability to persuade customers to buy products or services.
  • Customer Service:Strong customer service skills to build rapport and address concerns.
  • Problem-solving:Ability to understand customer needs and identify appropriate solutions.
  • Time Management:Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
  • Computer Skills:Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce).
