The Ideal Candidate
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Account Director to leverage theirexperience and knowledge of the clients business to identify growth opportunitiesand partner with clients to help solve their business challenges with 10 years ofexperience. This role requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced environmentexcels at communication and organization and is passionate about understandingHogarths capabilities inside and out and know the clients business in detail.
Responsibilities:
- Client relationship management: Remain client-focused committed todelivering outstanding work that enhances brand identity and fosters strongclient relationships.
- Commercial Acumen & Financial Management: Develop a deepunderstanding of contractual obligations commercial arrangements andSLAs. Manage budgets and workflows effectively ensuring financialcompliance and accurate forecasting.
- Issue Resolution & Problem Solving: Liaise with Print Production/Broadcast teams on specified client requirements and proactively resolve client issues/complaints to the satisfaction of main stakeholders.
- Demonstrate a proven ability to make informed decisions and problem-solve based on sound knowledge.
- Communication and collaboration: Maintain clear and consistentcommunication throughout all stages of production ensuring alignmentamong all stakeholders.
- Creative problem solving: Tackle challenges on set and in post-productionoffering innovative solutions and troubleshooting issues as they arise.
- Organizational skills: Manage multiple projects deadlines and resourcesefficiently while maintaining a high standard of creative output.
- Industry awareness: Stay up to date with the latest industry trendstechnologies and best practices in digital media and video production.
- Adaptability: Thrive in a dynamic fast-paced professional environment andremain flexible to shifting project needs and expectations
