We are looking for a dedicated Personal Assistant to join our team in Tel Aviv Israel.
In this role you will provide comprehensive support to a Wix management member ensuring efficient and smooth day-to-day operation of their personal and office affairs. You will be the backbone of support enabling our leaders to focus on their main responsibilities by handling a variety of tasks for them. In your day-to-day you will:
Closely assist a Wix management member by handling all administrative professional and personal tasks as needed
Organize their calendar schedule meetings and handle all operational tasks related to their day-to-day work including budget and expenses management
Make all necessary travel arrangements including booking flights cars hotels or restaurant reservations
Assist with different personal arrangements as necessary
Qualifications :
3 years of proven experience as a personal or administrative assistant preferably in a Hi-tech environment
Service-oriented with a go-getter attitude credible discreet organized and accurate
Exceptional multi-tasking skills with amazing attention to detail
Great at time management and a fast learner
Excellent oral and written communication skills in both English and Hebrew
Proficient in Microsoft Office and email-related software and AI platforms
Marketing orientation with understanding of the industry and market trends
