Key Responsibilities:
- Support execution of marketing strategies across both properties in alignment with Accor brand standards.
- Assist in planning and promoting seasonal campaigns events and on-property activations.
- Coordinate and support photo/video shoots to ensure high-quality brand-aligned content.
- Manage and update digital presence across social media OTAs Google listings and brand platforms.
- Work closely with the community management agency to ensure timely and effective communication.
- Draft content for newsletters website updates press releases and promotional materials.
- Support the creation and distribution of marketing collateral (signage menus flyers etc.).
- Assist in coordinating PR and influencer engagements media visits and FAM trips.
- Track and report on marketing KPIs and campaign performance.
- Liaise with internal departments to gather information and align marketing initiatives.
- Coordinate supplier communication and support budget tracking.
- Travel between Hurghada and Sharm El Sheikh as needed to support on-ground execution.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Administration Communications or a related field.
- 13 years of experience in marketing preferably within the hospitality tourism or service industry.
- Solid understanding of marketing fundamentals including branding campaign planning and customer engagement.
- Proficiency in social media platforms (Instagram Facebook LinkedIn TikTok) and scheduling tools (e.g. Hootsuite Buffer).
- Experience with content creation including basic design using tools like Canva Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator.
- Familiarity with CMS platforms (e.g. WordPress) and basic knowledge of SEO principles.
- Understanding of email marketing tools such as Mailchimp Sendinblue or similar.
- Basic knowledge of Google Analytics and digital performance reporting.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
- Creative mindset with a proactive attitude and the ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
- Fluent in English; other languages (such as French or Arabic) are a plus depending on the location
