We re looking for a hands-on QA Automation Team Lead to guide a team of talented QA engineers build scalable automation frameworks and ensure the quality and performance of our game platforms in a dynamic agile environment.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of QA automation engineers and manual QA s providing both technical guidance and professional development.
- Design implement and maintain robust automation frameworks for web and mobile platforms.
- Define and enforce best practices in test automation CI/CD and software quality assurance.
- Collaborate closely with developers QA manual testers product managers and DevOps teams.
- Analyze product requirements and translate them into detailed effective and reusable automated test cases.
- Continuously monitor test coverage quality metrics and automation effectiveness.
- Drive innovation in automation tools technologies and strategies.
- Take ownership of the automation roadmap and ensure alignment with the overall QA strategy.
Requirements :
- 3 years of experience in QA automation with at least 1 2 years in a leadership role.
- Hands-on experience building automation frameworks from scratch (Selenium Playwright Appium or similar).
- Strong programming skills in at least one language (e.g. Java Python JavaScript TypeScript).
- Solid understanding of QA methodologies SDLC and agile practices.
- Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins GitLab GitHub Actions etc..
- Experience testing web and mobile applications (Android/iOS).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for games and gaming culture - a strong advantage.
- Experience in the gaming industry - an advantage.
- Experience with load/performance testing - bonus.
