الوصف الوظيفي
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules using planning tools Primavera P6 and MS-Project.
- Analyze project timelines identify potential bottlenecks and propose solutions to optimize project execution
- Collaborate with project managers engineers and other stakeholders to gather and incorporate project requirements into schedules
- Seeking to get authorization/approval for the Baseline Schedule (go ahead).
- Monitor project progress update schedules and report on variances to key stakeholders
- Perform resource allocation and optimization to ensure efficient utilization of personnel and equipment
- Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project delays
- Prepare and present periodic reports on project status including earned value analysis and key performance indicators
- Assist in the development of project budgets and cost estimates
- Participate in project meetings and provide insights on schedule-related matters
- Ensure compliance with project deadlines quality standards and contractual obligations
- Maintaining high quality documents and records
- Visit the project site to get actual progress data.
- Conducts project team progress meetings (Internal and External)
- Communicate project schedule and reports in both directions (Internal and External)
- Create a draft extension of time if necessary.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors Degree in Engineering Construction Management or PMI-SP.
- 2-5 years of experience in project planning and scheduling preferably in construction engineering or infrastructure projects
- Proficiency in project management software such as Microsoft Project and Primavera P6
- Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting
- Experience with AutoCAD or similar CAD software
- Strong knowledge of risk assessment and mitigation techniques
- Expertise in resource allocation and optimization
- Experience in cost estimation and budgeting.
- The ability to draft extension of time (Analysis and Narrative)
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is an advantage
