We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Global Sales Operations Specialist to join our team.
The Global Sales Operations Specialist will be responsible for providing operational support to our sales team across different regions worldwide.
Sales Tools Management
Administer and improve CRM and sales tools (e.g. Salesforce).
Train sales team members on system updates and best practices.
Reporting and Analytics
Generate and maintain regular sales reports (pipeline forecasts KPIs).
Analyze sales data and trends to provide actionable insights.
Sales Process Support
Optimize and maintain sales processes and workflows.
Ensure data integrity in CRM and related systems.
Forecasting and Planning
Support sales forecasting efforts.
Help in territory planning and target allocation.
Requirements :
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field
3 years of experience in sales operations or a related field
Experience working with sales teams across different regions and cultures
Good knowledge of Salesforce CRM
Financial orientation
English and Hebrew Fluent
Hybrid: 4 days from the office. 1 day from home
Location: Modiin
Starting as a temporary position with potential for a permanent position.
