About this job:
QSourcing Tanzania Limited is a manpower management solutions firm operating in the East African Region in the countries of Tanzania Uganda Kenya Rwanda and South Sudan.
On behalf of our Tanzania based client we are looking for a competent and experienced Spray Painter

ABOUT THE ROLE
To execute highquality spray painting and surface preparation on automotive parts and equipment ensuring durability consistency and aesthetic standards in line with company and industry specifications.

Requirements
MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Educational Background:
Certificate or Diploma in Automotive Painting Body Repair or related field.
VETAcertified or equivalent vocational training in automotive spray painting.
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in spray painting within an assembly plant body shop or automotive repair environment.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in automotive painting techniques and paint systems (2K baseclear etc.).
Knowledge of surface preparation masking and refinishing.
Familiarity with colour matching mixing and application techniques.
Soft Skills:
High attention to detail and ability to identify surface flaws.
Ability to follow work orders safety instructions and quality procedures.
Physical stamina to work in paint booth environments.
Compliance & Safety:
Understanding of workplace safety protocols and environmental regulations.
ADDED ADVANTAGE:
Good communication skills in Swahili and basic English.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in operating Bunching 630, Lead Machine, Mica Tapping, and Pairing machines. Understanding of cable insulation, wiring, and electrical standards. Basic troubleshooting and machine maintenance knowledge. Soft Skills: Attention to detail and quality control. Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
