Position Overview:
Our client a diversified retail group in Beirut is looking to hire an experienced ECommerce Manager to oversee their online sales and operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of ecommerce strategies customer behavior and industry trends. The ECommerce Manager will be responsible for managing the daytoday operations of our online store developing and implementing ECommerce strategies and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement ecommerce strategies to increase sales and improve customer experience
Manage the daytoday operations of our online store including product listings pricing and inventory management
Analyze sales data and customer behavior to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure a seamless and efficient online shopping experience
Create and execute digital marketing campaigns including email social media and paid advertising to drive traffic and sales
Monitor and report on key performance metrics such as conversion rates average order value and website traffic
Stay uptodate on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our ecommerce operations
Manage relationships with thirdparty vendors such as shipping and logistics companies
Train and manage a team of ecommerce staff to ensure efficient and effective operations
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in ecommerce management in the retail industry preferably kids retail.
Strong understanding of ecommerce platforms such as Shopify or Magento. WooCommerce knowledge is a plus.
Proven track record of driving sales and growth through ecommerce strategies
Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret data to make informed decisions
Experience with digital marketing including email social media and paid advertising
Strong project management skills and ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Fluent in English and Arabic
