We are looking for a System analyst for an ambitious fintech company based in Riyadh that is building a peertopeer (P2P) lending platform designed to bridge a critical gap in the financial services market. The platform targets the underbanked population by providing fair transparent access to microloans and investment opportunities for retail investors.

As a Systems Analyst you will play a vital role in bridging business needs and technical implementation across the platforms lifecycle:
Responsibilities
- Gather analyze and document comprehensive business requirements in close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
- Translate business needs into clear structured and actionable technical specifications for the development team.
- Support and contribute to System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure alignment with business expectations and quality standards.
- Collaborate closely with crossfunctional development teams throughout the software development lifecycle (SDLC) offering ongoing clarification and support.
- Create and maintain detailed technical documentation including system specifications process flows and functional requirements.
- Analyze existing systems to understand limitations integration points and inform future solution design.
Requirements:
- Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science Engineering Information Technology or a related discipline.
- At least 2 years of experience in a business or system analyst role preferably in fintech or banking.
- Proficiency in BPMN and UML for business process and system modeling.
- Solid understanding of software development methodologies and the SDLC.
- Handson experience working with RESTful and SOAP APIs for system integration.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with an ability to understand and communicate complex system interdependencies.
- Excellent communication skills in English both written and verbal.
- Fluency in Arabic is required as the role involves frequent communication with local stakeholders partners and regulatory bodies.
- Familiarity with Saudi Arabian payment systems and fintech regulations will be considered a strong advantage.
