About the Role
CEQUENS is seeking a proactive and techsavvy Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our fastgrowing team in Riyadh. As part of our local expansion in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia you will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads for our SaaSbased communication platform. This role plays a critical part in CEQUENS gotomarket success in the region.
This is an exciting opportunity for a Saudibased talent to grow within a leading regional technology company contributing directly to our growth in KSA and the wider GCC.
Responsibilities
- Identify and reach out to potential clients through cold calls LinkedIn emails events and referrals.
- Qualify leads by understanding the prospects needs budget and technical readiness.
- Clearly communicate the business and technical value of CEQUENS SaaS solutions (e.g. Omnichannel Messaging CPaaS APIs AI Assistants).
- Coordinate with the sales team to schedule discovery sessions and product demos.
- Maintain accurate and detailed CRM entries (HubSpot) of all lead activities and communications.
- Stay updated on local market trends regulatory requirements and the competitive landscape in KSA.
- Participate in local marketing initiatives exhibitions and leadgeneration campaigns.
- Provide feedback to Marketing and Product teams on messaging effectiveness and customer pain points in the Saudi market.

Technical & Commercial Skills
- Understanding of SaaS sales principles and familiarity with APIbased platforms and cloud services.
- Ability to handle both commercial and technical objections and speak the language of IT Marketing and Operations stakeholders.
- Experience using CRM and outbound tools (e.g. Salesforce HubSpot Outreach).
- Familiarity with the tech ecosystem in KSA including sectors like fintech ecommerce telecom or government is an advantage.
- 13 years experience in B2B Sales Business Development or SaaS sales in the Saudi market
Language & Soft Skills
- Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English.
- Strong relationshipbuilding skills with a consultative approach.
- Discipline in followup and pipeline management.
- Selfdriven goaloriented and culturally aligned with the Saudi business environment.
Education
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Computer Science or a related field
