About the role
We are looking for an ESB Developer with experience in TIBCO to reinforce our team working for Middle East projects. Knowledge in Celfocus Order Management product is a plus that will be valued.
This position represents an opportunity to work with a variety of stakeholders and undertake different responsibilities including solution design functional and technical analysis and development.
As a part of your job you will:
- Analyze design build and test Integration solutions based on business requirements.
- Provide technical leadership throughout the lifecycle of a project.
- Identify risks and impact on the project solution.
- Ensure the best practices in software design and development.
- Leading and coaching junior team members.
- Report to management team.
What are we looking for
- Knowledge of the Telco Industry (BSS/OSS).
- Knowledge of the Celfocus Order Management Product (plus).
- 2 years of experience involved in integration projects (TIBCO).
- Handson experience with the entire software lifecycle (requirements design development testing deployment procedures).
- Excellent team worker with great communication skills.
- Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Ability to adapt to different contexts teams and Clients.
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
Personal traits
- Ability to adapt to different contexts teams and Clients.
- Teamwork skills but also a sense of autonomy.
- Motivation for international projects and ok if travel is included.
- Willingness to collaborate with other players.
- Strong communication skills.
