SCOPE AND OBJECTIVES
The Graphic Designer will support the Marketing & Digital Strategy team of Raffles and Fairmont Doha by delivering visually compelling brandaligned creative assets across print and digital platforms. The roles primary objective is to ensure consistent highquality design execution that reflects the luxury positioning of both properties while driving guest engagement and supporting commercial goals. The designer will also liaise with local printing vendors to ensure quality production and collaborate closely with the marketing team to meet ongoing design needs across all hotel departments and outlets.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
Creative Asset Development
- Design and layout a wide range of collaterals including menus promotional flyers brochures signage internal communication tools and advertisements.
- Create digital artwork for website banners WhatsApp campaigns social media posts and stories enewsletters and digital brochures.
- Create the design and layout for specific materials including but not limited to:
Promotional flyers
Brochures
Banners
Hotels collateral (e.g. menus signage presentations)
Advertising materials
Revising the all artworks and material as required
Special/ Seasonal Offer and Campaigns: Festive Ramadan Summer Offers Winter Offers F&B Special Campaign Wedding/MICE brochures Digital Banners Digital Brochure Greetings Card. Social Media artwork Website display
Regular Campaign
- Produce tailored designs for seasonal and campaignspecific initiatives such as Ramadan Summer Weddings Festive promotions and F&B activations.
- Day to day design operations & adjustment
- Ensure all designs adhere strictly to the brand guidelines of Raffles and Fairmont Doha.
- Provide creative direction for projects where brand standards are not preestablished especially for Rest campaign
OutletSpecific Deliverables
- Develop and update creative materials on a monthly basis for all F&B outlets lounges spa pool kids club and other guestfacing venues.
- Design promotional flyers and menus in alignment with each outlets brand positioning and campaign objectives.
Production Liaison
- Coordinate with approved local printing vendors to ensure quality production and timely delivery of all printed materials.
- Prepare and package final artwork files with correct specifications for printing and oversee quality control.
- Recommend alternative print vendors for specialized materials when required in consultation with the marketing team.
Workflow & Coordination
- Work closely with the Cluster Marketing & Digital Strategy team to receive briefs align on creative direction and manage multiple deadlines.
- Manage project timelines to final delivery with efficiency and attention to detail.
- Proactively contribute creative suggestions to elevate visual storytelling and user engagement.
