Cabana Host (Seasonal)
The Cabana Host is responsible for delivering exceptional guest service by attending to the needs of cabana guests throughout their visit. This includes setting up cabanas greeting guests taking and delivering food and beverage orders maintaining cleanliness and ensuring a relaxing and enjoyable experience for all guests.
- Welcome guests to their cabana with a friendly professional attitude.
- Provide a detailed overview of amenities and services available.
- Respond promptly to guest requests and resolve any issues.
- Prepare cabanas prior to guest arrival.
- Ensure cabanas remain clean orderly and stocked throughout the day.
- Report any maintenance issues to the appropriate department.
- Take food and drink orders accurately and promptly.
- Deliver orders in a timely manner while maintaining excellent presentation and customer service.
- Coordinate with food and beverage staff or runners to ensure efficient service.
- Monitor guest behavior for safety and comfort alerting lifeguards or security as needed.
- Follow all waterpark safety guidelines and health regulations.
- Communicate effectively with other team members supervisors and departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Assist with other areas of guest services or operations as needed.
Qualifications :
- Secondary / High school education
- Prior customer service or hospitality experience preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good proficiency in English language.
- Ability to communicate in Arabic and/or Russian would be an added advantage
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
- Physical ability to stand for long periods lift supplies and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
