F&B Attendant
The F&B Attendant is responsible for providing highquality service to guests by delivering food and beverage items maintaining cleanliness and ensuring customer satisfaction in all F&B areas.
- Greet and serve guests in a courteous and professional manner.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and relay to kitchen and bar staff.
- Serve food and drinks promptly according to established standards.
- Set up and clear tables ensuring cleanliness and readiness at all times.
- Assist in the preparation and setup of service areas for functions and events.
- Follow hygiene and safety regulations strictly (HACCP standards).
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints politely and effectively.
- Process payments and operate POS systems when required.
- Refill supplies stock service areas and report shortages.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure smooth operations
Qualifications :
- Previous F&B or hospitality experience preferred.
- Strong communication in English and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and in a fastpaced environment.
- Wellgroomed and professional appearance.
- Basic math and cashhandling skills.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices is an advantage.
- Flexibility to work in shifts including weekends and holidays.
- Ability to focus attention on guest needs always remain calm and courteous.
- Fluency in other languages is an added advantage.
