An Assistant Marketing Manager will develop and implement marketing promotions in order to achieve targets of MiniVacation/VIP/PreBooking

What will I be doing

As an Assistant Manager you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

• Develop and implement marketing plans and projects for new and existing MiniVacation/HVIP/prebooking programs
• Monitor review and report on all marketing promotions and results
• Develop new minivacation package promotions within agreed budget
• Coordinate minivacation/VIP/Prebooking advertising and promotional materials
• Analysis of customer research current market conditions market trends and competitor information
• Oversee Package Sales Team and meet regularly with assigned team members for the purpose of training motivating and teambuilding
• Other duties and projects as assigned.
