الوصف الوظيفي
Responsibilities:
- Teach undergraduate and graduate courses in nursing education and research.
- Mentor and supervise students in their research projects.
- Conduct independent research in nursing education and publish in reputable journals.
- Collaborate with faculty on research projects and grant applications.
- Participate in curriculum development and review to ensure program alignment with industry standards and best practices.
- Provide academic and career advising to students.
- Serve on departmental and university committees.
- Engage in professional development activities to stay current in nursing education and research.
Qualifications:
- PhD in Nursing or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience teaching and conducting research in a university setting.
- Strong record of publications in reputable journals.
- Experience in curriculum development and program evaluation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and students.
- Passion for teaching and mentoring students.
- Demonstrated commitment to research and scholarship in nursing education.
