AtkinsRalis is looking for a HSEW Officer (Saudi National) for a giga mixeduse project based in Riyadh which encompasses public realm urban infrastructure elements highend residential and cultural assets. The project is currently pending imminent award.

Responsibilities:

• Develop implement and monitor HSE policies procedures and guidelines for the construction project.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with local regulations and company standards.
• Provide HSE training to site staff and contractors to promote awareness and best practices in safety.
• Investigate accidents incidents and near misses and recommend corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Collaborate with project management and subcontractors to resolve HSE issues and implement preventive measures.
• Maintain accurate records of HSE performance including incident reports inspections and training documentation.
• Liaise with regulatory authorities and clients to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Participate in HSE meetings risk assessments and emergency response drills as required.
• Keep abreast of industry trends developments and best practices in HSE management.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 20 years of experience in HSE management with at least 5 years in Saudi Arabia.
• Level 6 diploma in Occupational Health and Safety (OH&S) or equivalent.
• Certification from the Saudi Arabian General Organization for Social Insurance (GOSI) or equivalent.
• ISO 45001 Lead Auditor Certification.
• Strong personality with excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Experience in building construction projects is essential.
• Fluency in Arabic and English is preferred.
• Must be currently residing in Saudi Arabia and available for facetoface client interviews.
