First Construction Co. (FCC) is seeking a highly skilled and resultsdriven Maintenance Manager to lead our maintenance department. The ideal candidate will be responsible not only for overseeing operations but also for driving maintenance sales and acquiring new maintenance contracts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the maintenance department ensuring timely and quality service delivery.
- Develop and execute strategies to acquire new maintenance contracts and retain existing clients.
- Manage client relationships and maintain a strong client database.
- Supervise maintenance operations ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Collaborate with the sales team to support business growth.
- Prepare and manage maintenance budgets and reports.
- Motivate and lead a team of technicians and maintenance staff.
Requirements
- Proven experience in maintenance management preferably within facilities management engineering or contracting sectors.
- Strong client network and ability to bring in maintenance contracts.
- Demonstrated leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
- Strong problemsolving and organizational skills.
- Engineering or technical background is a plus.
- Valid Saudi driving license is an advantage.
