Position Overview:
As a Software Product Manager at WeCodeForYou you will be responsible for driving the development and management of our digital products from conception to launch. You will collaborate with crossfunctional teams
including design engineering development and sales to deliver products that meet customer needs and drive business growth. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of digital technologies and a
proven track record of successful product management.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Strategy and Planning:
Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy in alignment with overall business objectives.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and trends.
Define product roadmaps and prioritize features based on customer needs and business impact.
Crossfunctional Collaboration:
Work closely with design engineering and sales teams to ensure seamless of product development and
launches.
Foster a collaborative environment promoting effective communication and knowledge sharing.
Product Development and Lifecycle Management:
Drive & align with the Technology lead on the endtoend product development process from concept to delivery.
Define and prioritize features create user stories and manage the product backlog.
Conduct user testing and gather feedback to iterate and improve product functionality.
Performance Measurement and Optimization:
Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of products.
Analyze data and user feedback to make informed decisions for product optimization.
Iterate on features and functionalities based on performance metrics.
Stakeholder Communication:
Communicate product updates milestones and releases to internal stakeholders and customers.
Gather and incorporate feedback from various sources to enhance product quality.

Requirements
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business Computer Science or related field. MBA is a plus.
Proven experience 2 5 years) in digital product management with a successful track record of delivering and launching software products.
Strong understanding of agile development methodologies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to make datadriven decisions.
Familiarity with relevant technologies/tools/platforms in software solutions.
