What Success Looks Like:
From Day 1 you will take the lead in handling Supply Demand new product launches and logistics projects within a specific category. You will be responsible for ensuring market readiness and product availability in your category.
You will collaborate with a dynamic team that includes Marketing Finance Sales and external partners. As the primary contact for P&G counterparts in sourcing sites and planning centers across Europe your role will be essential in driving the success of our operations.
Your Impact:
In this role you will have the chance to create an immediate impact on the business while improving your analytical technical and leadership skills.
As a Market Initiative Leader (MIL) you will:
Support strategy development and decisionmaking.
Engage in business planning and analysis across various functions.

Job Qualifications
Outstanding graduates (Bachelors or Masters degree) who are eager to learn and grow.
No prior experience is required though its a plus (Junior position).
Natural leaders who are passionate about making things happen.
Individuals with strong analytical thinking and problemsolving skills.
Proficiency in English and Hebrew.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications particularly Excel.
Experience with data analysis or technological tools is advantage.
