Job Description:
To support and strengthen the Ecommerce structure in line with the company vision to grow the dComm exponentially increasing its business contribution from 3 to 10 of the total business by 2027with expected incremental business of 14M GBP.
This role will be responsible for managing top Key Pure players Accounts that have global or regional presence in addition to exploring & onboarding new customers in North Africa developed and complex which requires
1 Ecommerce Digital marketing expertise
2 advanced skills to build joint business plans and top to top relationship
3 strategic thinking to grow the customer category
4 strong negotiation skills
5 experience in DCommerce Key Accounts management
7 work closely with crossfunctional teams including sales ComEx marketing and supply chain
Role Summary:
Primary responsibility of this role is to bring strategy to life by delivering on Agility and ontime while building partnership with existing & new Pureplayer customers. Also lead the sales team to execute the activation calendar for the omnichannel
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
Develop and execute accountspecific strategies that drive sales and profitability for our companys Brands within the ecommerce channel Manage and grow relationships with key ecommerce accounts serving as the primary point of contact for all business matters. Monitor industry trends and competitive activity and analyze account performance using data insights to drive improvements in sales and profitability while providing insights and recommendations to the broader team. Collaborate with crossfunctional teams (Brand Marketing Commercial and Supply Chain) to develop and execute joint business plans promotions and new product launches to ensure timely delivery of projects. Support sales team (KAMs & Country Managers) / Distributors teams to actively drive the dCom business & optimize digital capabilities to drive the activation strategies & business understanding Budget management ensure efficient utilization of funds and bring in savings through process simplification efficient material utilization or through long term planning.
Qualifications & Skills Required:
Bachelors Degree of Business Administration or equivalent
Minimum 3 years of working experience
Strong Digital Marketing/Ecommerce Experience
French speaker would be an asset
Ecommerce understanding Planning and relationship building
Strong commercial acumen
Cross functional stakeholder management
Ability to lead and develop multicultural team
Proven track record of managing and growing key accounts.
Managed key ecommerce retailer in different channels (Pureplayers Delivery intermediatory & Omnichannel)
